Senior Marketing Representative

As the senior marketing representative for Spectrum Properties, Jessica is responsible for the overall leasing and marketing of both downtown and suburban properties in the Raleigh/Cary/RTP area. Jessica is currently responsible for leasing over 1.5 million square feet in suburban properties such as Colonnade II, Glenwood Plaza, Regency Lakeview, and 4700 Falls, as well as Wachovia Capitol Center, a 544,000 square foot high-rise in Downtown Raleigh.

Christi Ossi

Senior Property Manager

Joining Spectrum Properties in May of 1999, Christi serves as a senior property manager for the Triangle portfolio. Christi holds a NC sales license and a CPM designation. She is actively involved in BOMA, CREW and IREM.

Jordan Betz

Marketing Representative

Jordan joined Spectrum Properties in July 2007 and assists in the marketing and leasing of our Triangle portfolio, totalling over 1.5 million square feet. He holds a North Carolina Broker’s license and is involved with various real estate organizations including TRAOBA, TCAR, and NAIOP.  He is also an active member in the Raleigh Chamber of Commerce.
