HVAC

HVAC is provided during the regular hours of operation: 6:00 am - 6:00 pm, Monday - Friday and 9:00 am - 1:00 pm on Saturday.  These times may vary slightly depending on your lease.

All of the HVAC in the building is under the Siebe program with DataTalk, a service which allows tenants of 4700 Falls to override the set HVAC schedule at any time.  Charges for this service will be billed monthly in accordance with your lease.

To use DataTalk:

• Dial 919.431.0171 from any telephone and follow the prompts of the DataTalk system.
• The system requires your password, which is assigned to you by the property manager.  If you enter your password incorrectly three times, you will be disconnected and locked out of the system for 30 minutes.
• DataTalk will only provide you with one hour of HVAC per phone call.  To request additional HVAC, you must call again each hour.
