As Vice President of Asset Management for The Spectrum Companies, JD McNeill is responsible for providing investment and development services to equity partners, asset management firms, building owners, and land owners across the Research Triangle Region. A native of Pinehurst, NC, JD is a graduate of the Martha and Spencer Love School of Business at Elon University where he received a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. He holds a North Carolina broker’s license and is involved with various real estate organizations.

As Property Manager, Elizabeth is responsible for the management of assets in our Triangle portfolio: 4700 Falls, Regency Creek, and Regency Woods. Elizabeth is a graduate of Western Carolina University and has 14 years of experience in property management.

The Spectrum Companies is proud to serve the tenants of 4700 Falls. Providing a safe, clean, comfortable and visually appealing office space is important to us.
We are available 24 hours a day to serve you. To ensure our tenants are receiving the service they deserve, we have implemented a Tenant Nurturing Plan – a company-wide system we use to touch base with all of our tenants multiple times a year. The feedback we receive helps us serve our tenants better.
On a daily basis, our property management and maintenance teams are on-site and are here to help you.
Please send us your workorder request via Building Engines, our workorder tracking software. Go to requestcom.com to log on with the username and password assigned to you. Your workorder will go directly to a building engineer allowing us to promptly and efficiently service your needs.

HVAC is provided during the regular hours of operation: 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m., Monday – Friday and 8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. These times may vary slightly depending on your lease.
All of the HVAC in the building is under the Triminum Distech Control software. The program allows tenants of 4700 Falls to override the set HVAC schedule at any time through a designated static IP address.
Charges for this service will be billed monthly in accordance with your lease. The system requires your password, which is assigned to you by the property manager. If you enter your password incorrectly three times, you will be disconnected and locked out of the system for 30 minutes.
