J.D. McNeill is responsible for providing leasing, investment, and development expertise to equity partners, asset management firms, building owners, and land owners across the Triangle Region. A native of Pinehurst, NC, J.D. is a graduate of the Martha and Spencer Love School of Business at Elon University where he received a B.S.B.A with a concentration in Finance. He holds a North Carolina broker’s license and is involved with various real estate organizations.

Property Manager
As Property Manager, Elizabeth is responsible for the management of assets in our Triangle portfolio: 4700 Falls, Regency Creek, and Regency Woods. Elizabeth is a graduate of Western Carolina University and has 19 years of experience in property management.

Lead Engineer
As Lead Engineer, Todd is responsible for the day-to-day building system maintenance of 4700 Falls and is always willing to go the extra mile.

We are available 24 hours a day to serve you. To ensure our tenants are receiving the service they deserve, we have implemented a Tenant Nurturing Plan – a company-wide system we use to touch base with all of our tenants multiple times a year. The feedback we receive helps us serve our tenants better.
On a daily basis, our property management and maintenance teams are on-site and are here to help you.
